COLOR IN FORM is a collection where Krosno's glassmaking craft meets the power of colour. Its shades return to the present day from archive recipes, some of them unused for more than half a century. Lapis holds the deep blue of lapis lazuli. Amber carries the warmth of natural amber. Emerald draws the eye with intense green. Aqua brings the freshness of fine turquoise, and Smoky wraps the form in transparent grey. Each shade works with light differently, drawing out the character of the glass and underlining its form.
The collection is completed by the exceptional Aurora edition. It is a multi-tonal composition of colours, where flowing transitions create an impression of depth and movement. It is a deliberate meeting of tradition, craft and contemporary expression. COLOR IN FORM was made for those who see glass as more than an object of daily use. It is part of style, atmosphere and a consciously created space.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND DELIVER AN ORDER?
Products with a standard lead time are generally dispatched the same or the next working day. Selected products take longer to prepare for dispatch; that lead time is shown on the product page. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
HOW IS THE GLASS SECURED DURING TRANSPORT?
As a maker with many years of experience in producing and shipping glass, safe delivery is a priority for us. Every parcel goes through several stages of protection — from product quality control, through careful picking and packing, to secure transport with trusted couriers. Products are arranged and secured inside the packaging so that they cannot move in transit. Every parcel is insured as well. If damage still occurs despite our packing standards, you have 7 days to report a claim. We send replacements as quickly as we can, at our cost.
HOW TO CARE FOR GLASS SO THAT IT RETAINS ITS SHINE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?
To keep glass clear, bright and looking its best, it is worth reading the care guidelines linked below. Before first use, wash the piece in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then dry it with a soft cloth. In everyday use, avoid sudden changes of temperature. Do not heat glass above 60°C or chill it quickly. Avoid differences greater than 35°C. Never use these products in a microwave, an oven or a freezer. If a piece is dishwasher safe, choose a glassware programme and use mild detergents and rinse aids. Load the items so that they do not touch. When the cycle ends, take the glass out and let it dry naturally. Larger pieces such as carafes, vases and cake stands are best washed by hand.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Not every product is dishwasher safe. You will always find this information on the product page or on the packaging. The symbol there shows whether a piece is suitable for automatic dishwashers. In most cases, undecorated glassware can go in the dishwasher.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw from the contract, send us an email at e-sklep@krosno.com or a letter to the Seller's address — no special form is required. Once you have notified us, return the product within 14 days, packed securely for transport. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, unless the applicable regulations state otherwise.
