Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I hereby inform you that:

3) Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR - for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, namely:

  • for the purpose of concluding and executing the Agreement, i.e., for signing the Agreement, fulfilling obligations arising from the Agreement, contacting in matters related to the execution of the Agreement, including taking positions, making acceptances, deliveries, and submitting binding declarations related to the ongoing execution of the Agreement; your personal data is processed for the period necessary to fulfill all parties' obligations arising from the Agreement;
  • for the purpose of pursuing claims, i.e., for the purpose of carrying out all pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement actions aimed at satisfying claims or defending the Administrator; your personal data is processed until the expiration of the limitation period for claims.

4) The Administrator may disclose your personal data to entities providing services to it that require the processing of personal data:

  • accounting services;
  • legal services;
  • IT services;
  • personal data protection services.

5) Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, Article 22 of the GDPR.

6) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

7) You have the right:

  • pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, the right of access to your personal data;
  • pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to rectification of your personal data;
  • pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to request from the administrator restriction of processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18(2) of the GDPR;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
  • in connection with Article 17(3)(b), (d) or (e) of the GDPR, the right to erasure of personal data.

8) In accordance with the Act of June 14, 2024, on the protection of whistleblowers, every natural person – including employees, collaborators, contractors, clients – can report irregularities, violations of law, or other comments via a secure channel available at: https://krosnoglass.sygnalista.net
