Gifts for him
Birthdays, name days, a wedding anniversary, Valentine's Day, Father's Day: there are plenty of occasions to give a man a present. There are plenty of men to give it to, as well — a partner or husband, but also a father, brother, grandfather or friend. Which elegant gift for him should you choose? The decision is never easy, though one thing is certain. Men like presents that are specific and practical, and that they enjoy picking up again and again.
A practical gift for a man
The right kind of glass is a safe idea for him. If he knows his whisky, bourbon or cognac, a set of tumblers with a matching decanter will take pride of place in his drinks cabinet. Beer mugs, beer tumblers and beer goblets have become popular gifts too. As people learn more about beer, they also learn how it should be served. The right glass can lift the taste of what is poured. Sets for vodka, homemade liqueurs and liqueurs are worth remembering as well, whether the occasion is a birthday, an anniversary or another day entirely. A gift for him for Christmas, or for Valentine's Day, is waiting in the KROSNO range.
A Valentine's gift for him
Planning something more than the usual romantic present this year? A Valentine's gift for the man you love can match his tastes and still be useful. A beer mug, elegant glasses, goblets or other pieces for spirits make a thoughtful and practical Valentine's present. Does he enjoy tasting good beer, and appreciate solid glass that looks the part? A set of tumblers or glasses in an elegant box is the surest way to get it right. It also works as an anniversary gift for a boyfriend. For him it is something to use; for you, a present that wins his heart.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND DELIVER AN ORDER?
Products with a standard lead time are generally dispatched the same or the next working day. Selected products take longer to prepare for dispatch; that lead time is shown on the product page. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
HOW IS THE GLASS SECURED DURING TRANSPORT?
As a maker with many years of experience in producing and shipping glass, safe delivery is a priority for us. Every parcel goes through several stages of protection — from product quality control, through careful picking and packing, to secure transport with trusted couriers. Products are arranged and secured inside the packaging so that they cannot move in transit. Every parcel is insured as well. If damage still occurs despite our packing standards, you have 7 days to report a claim. We send replacements as quickly as we can, at our cost.
HOW TO CARE FOR GLASS SO THAT IT RETAINS ITS SHINE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?
To keep glass clear, bright and looking its best, it is worth reading the care guidelines linked below. Before first use, wash the piece in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then dry it with a soft cloth. In everyday use, avoid sudden changes of temperature. Do not heat glass above 60°C or chill it quickly. Avoid differences greater than 35°C. Never use these products in a microwave, an oven or a freezer. If a piece is dishwasher safe, choose a glassware programme and use mild detergents and rinse aids. Load the items so that they do not touch. When the cycle ends, take the glass out and let it dry naturally. Larger pieces such as carafes, vases and cake stands are best washed by hand.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Not every product is dishwasher safe. You will always find this information on the product page or on the packaging. The symbol there shows whether a piece is suitable for automatic dishwashers. In most cases, undecorated glassware can go in the dishwasher.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw from the contract, send us an email at e-sklep@krosno.com or a letter to the Seller's address — no special form is required. Once you have notified us, return the product within 14 days, packed securely for transport. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, unless the applicable regulations state otherwise.
WHAT MAKES HANDMADE GLASS DIFFERENT FROM MACHINE PRODUCTION?
Hand-formed glass is made by experienced master glassmakers who have carried the craft forward for generations. Each piece owes much to human work — from shaping the form to giving it its final character. That is what makes hand-formed glass distinctive, finely detailed and unlike anything else. Every piece has an individual character and a value of its own, while remaining remarkably consistent. Machine production relies on advanced glass-forming technology that delivers high precision, repeatability and efficiency, using top-class machinery. At Krosno Glass we use Blow-Blow technology, which allows us to create elegant pieces of consistent quality. We also use the finest premium lead-free crystal, which gives perfect clarity and durability, and resists clouding.
