When you buy from us, you buy directly from the maker. In producing glass — and shipping it safely to customers — we have perhaps the deepest experience in Poland. On top of that, every parcel we send is insured, so as a buyer you carry no risk at all.

Your parcel is checked and protected at every stage along the way:

1. Quality control during production

We screen out damaged glass, flaws in the pieces and anything outside the norm that could affect durability later on.

2. Picking and packing

This is where we excel. Our experienced warehouse team packs as many as 500 glass shipments every day. We pay particular attention to how products sit in the outer box and how snugly the packaging fits, so nothing shifts or knocks together. The largest orders travel on pallets, to be certain everything arrives intact. See for yourself how it works in practice:

3. Handover to the carrier

The carriers we work with collect from us every day, usually on collective pallets to keep handling to a minimum. Parcels are clearly labelled and the couriers know exactly what they are carrying. And every shipment is insured — just in case a product is damaged along the way.

4. Delivery to you

In our store you do not need to check the parcel in front of the courier. We know couriers are usually in a hurry, and inspecting every glass takes a while. That is why you have a full 7 days to report damage in transit. We send replacements almost immediately, entirely at our cost. See exactly how to make a claim.
