We know how much it matters that your order arrives on time, so we have sped things up. Most orders now leave us within 24 hours — plan your shopping with no fear of delays.

Shopping with us is meant to be simple and comfortable. We make sure your glassware arrives quickly and smoothly, exactly when you need it.

In rare cases, when goods have to be brought in from our central warehouse, dispatch can take up to 48 hours.

Delivery that suits you

We want shopping with us to be as convenient as possible. That is why we offer the two most popular delivery options: collection from an InPost parcel locker, or courier delivery to your address.

Orders worth over 199 zł qualify for free delivery to an InPost parcel locker, and orders over 399 zł — for free courier delivery.

Every parcel is properly protected and insured. If any products are damaged in transit, we send missing or replacement pieces without delay.

1. InPost

Paczkomat® 24/7 parcel locker — 14.99 zł

Delivery to the InPost parcel locker of your choice. Please collect your parcel within 48 hours of it being placed in the locker.

Courier — 16.99 zł

Delivery to your address.

You can track every parcel at: https://inpost.pl/sledzenie-przesylek. You will receive your tracking number directly from the carrier once the parcel is on its way.

2. DPD

DPD Pickup points — 15.99 zł

Delivery to DPD’s network of parcel machines and Pickup points. Please collect your parcel within 48 hours of it reaching the machine or point.

Courier — delivery to your address — 16.99 zł

Delivery to your address.

You can track every parcel at https://mojapaczka.dpd.com.pl/login . You will receive your tracking number directly from the carrier once the parcel is on its way.

Pallet delivery for large orders

Whatever delivery option you choose at checkout, orders too large for standard shipping boxes travel on pallets, at no extra cost to you. It also lets us raise the safety of the shipment and guarantee your order reaches you securely and undamaged.
