KROSNO exists so you can put beautiful things on the table and let them do their work. A red wine glass gives a shared meal its tone, and it lifts an evening among people who matter. It also opens up the bouquet, even in a serious bottle.
Elegant red wine glasses
The choice runs wide: classic and modern shapes, and a level of finish you can see at arm's length. If your taste is elegant and a little romantic, look at the glasses with clear relief decoration or a gold accent. If it is modern, the glasses with a cylindrical stem will hold your eye, as will the stemless ones — wine tumblers, in effect.

Which KROSNO red wine glass should you choose?
If you like minimalist shapes, the choice of plain models here is wide. If you prefer decorated glass, rich finishes and optical effects, that is here too. Either way, a glass of red can be poured into a generous 850 ml bowl. The more traditional sizes are here as well, at 480, 500 and 600 ml.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND DELIVER AN ORDER?
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed later go out the next working day. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days, unless a different lead time is shown on the product page.
HOW IS THE GLASS SECURED DURING TRANSPORT?
As a maker with many years of experience in producing and shipping glass, safe delivery is a priority for us. Every parcel goes through several stages of protection — from product quality control, through careful picking and packing, to secure transport with trusted couriers. Products are arranged and secured inside the packaging so that they cannot move in transit. Every parcel is insured as well. If damage still occurs despite our packing standards, you have 7 days to report a claim. We send replacements as quickly as we can, at our cost.
HOW TO CARE FOR GLASS SO THAT IT RETAINS ITS SHINE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?
To keep glass clear, bright and looking its best, it is worth reading the care guidelines linked below. Before first use, wash the piece in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then dry it with a soft cloth. In everyday use, avoid sudden changes of temperature. Do not heat glass above 60°C or chill it quickly. Avoid differences greater than 35°C. Never use these products in a microwave, an oven or a freezer. If a piece is dishwasher safe, choose a glassware programme and use mild detergents and rinse aids. Load the items so that they do not touch. When the cycle ends, take the glass out and let it dry naturally. Larger pieces such as carafes, vases and cake stands are best washed by hand.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Not every product is dishwasher safe. You will always find this information on the product page or on the packaging. The symbol there shows whether a piece is suitable for automatic dishwashers. In most cases, undecorated glassware can go in the dishwasher.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw from the contract, send us an email at e-sklep@krosno.com or a letter to the Seller's address — no special form is required. Once you have notified us, return the product within 14 days, packed securely for transport. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, unless the applicable regulations state otherwise.
