When you buy from us, you buy directly from the manufacturer. We are a reliable and trustworthy company that probably has the most experience in Poland when it comes to glass production – and its shipment to customers. Additionally, all our shipments are insured, so as a buyer, you bear no risk.

Your shipment is checked and secured multiple times at various stages:

1. Quality control during production

We detect, among other things, glass damage, product defects, or deviations from the norm that may affect the product's subsequent durability.

2. Order fulfillment

We are experts at this! Our experienced warehouse team packs up to 500 glass shipments every day. When packing, we pay particular attention to the arrangement of products in the master carton and to ensuring a snug fit so that the packages do not shift or bump into each other. The largest orders are shipped on pallets to ensure everything arrives intact. See for yourself how it works in practice:

3. Handing over shipments to the courier company

The courier companies we cooperate with collect shipments from us every day. Shipments are usually handed over on collective pallets to minimize the need for repacking parcels. Shipments are properly marked, and couriers know exactly what they are transporting. In addition, all our shipments are insured – in case any product gets damaged.

4. Customer receiving the shipment

In our store, you don't have to check the shipment with the courier. We know that couriers are usually in a hurry, and a thorough check of each glass or goblet can take a long time, so you have up to 7 days to report damage during transport. Damaged products are sent almost immediately, of course, entirely at our expense. See exactly how to file a complaint.
