In exceptional cases, when goods need to be sourced from central warehouses, the fulfillment time may be up to 48 hours.
Wide selection of delivery options
Our online store cooperates with various carriers to offer each of our customers a convenient, preferred delivery method. Additionally, for orders over 199 PLN, free delivery applies to all shipping methods except DHL (for which the minimum is 399 PLN). All our shipments are insured - in case of any damage during transport, we send our customers the missing products.
1. Inpost
Paczkomat® 24/7 - 16.99 PLN
Delivery to a selected Inpost parcel locker. The parcel must be collected within 48 hours of being placed in the parcel locker.
The status of all Inpost shipments can be tracked on the website: https://inpost.pl/sledzenie-przesylek. You will receive the tracking number after the parcel has been dispatched, in a message directly from the carrier.
2. Pocztex (Poczta Polska)
Pocztex POINT and Pocztex AUTOMAT - 9.99 PLN
Pocztex Courier - 14.99 PLN
Pocztex Courier cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon receipt of the parcel) - 18.99 PLN
Shipments are delivered no later than on the third business day after the day of dispatch, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. At collection points: in post offices, the parcel waits 7 days, while at partner points: Żabka stores, ABC stores, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, Duży Ben or Euro Sklep, the parcel waits 6 days. In parcel automatons, the parcel waits 72 hours from receiving the first SMS or email notification.

3. DHL
DHL BOX 24/7 Automats and POP points - 17.99 PLN
DHL Courier - 20.99 PLN
DHL Courier cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon receipt of the parcel) - 25.99 PLN
Delivery to a network of over 10,000 DHL Parcel Collection Points, which includes Żabka stores, Inmedio newsagents, Shell petrol stations, and DHL BOX 24/7 AUTOMATS. The parcel must be collected from the POP point within 4 days. Read more about the DHL Parcel service

Delivery of orders on pallets
Regardless of the delivery method selected when placing the order, large orders that do not fit into standard shipping boxes are sent via pallet shipments (at no additional cost to the customer). This also allows us to increase the security of our shipments and guarantee that the ordered goods will reach you safely and without damage. Pallet shipments are sent via DBSchenker.
Shipping time
Depending on the availability of goods and the size of the order, goods are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the date of payment acceptance for the order. The estimated shipping time is displayed in the cart when placing the order and is sent in the order confirmation message.
In the case of an order with personal collection, the goods will be ready for collection within a maximum of 4 business days.
