For HoReCa
The KROSNO range for HoReCa is a complete line of professional glassware for hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and catering companies. It covers glasses and tumblers designed for heavy use in the trade, for daily service as much as for large events, banquets and corporate functions.
A complete fit-out for hotels, restaurants and bars
The range includes white and red wine glasses, champagne and prosecco flutes, and glasses for vodka, liqueur and spirits. Professional bar glass follows: whisky tumblers, highballs, long drink and cocktail glasses, and beer glasses. Tumblers for water, soft drinks and juice complete it, and no restaurant, hotel breakfast room or conference area can do without them.
With so many models to choose from, a whole venue can be fitted out consistently. That covers fine dining, a bistro, a pub, a wedding venue and a catering company working large events.
Durable glass for heavy use
KROSNO hospitality glass combines elegant design with high resistance to knocks and to frequent washing in commercial dishwashers. That matters in catering, where glass is used every day and often in very large numbers.
Well-shaped bowls bring out the aroma of wine and spirits, while stable bases and ergonomic forms make service easier for waiting and bar staff. Professional glass has to look right on the table and speed up service. Our models are therefore designed around what hotels, restaurants and bars actually need.
XNO — a collection made for hospitality
The range also includes XNO, a line designed specifically for the hospitality trade. The glass has a modern, versatile form that works in restaurants, hotels and bars of every kind. The collection brings timeless looks together with added durability, which makes it a sound choice for heavy use.
XNO answers the needs of venues that want consistent, elegant glass, available in larger quantities and built to professional standards.
Glass matched to your venue
The Hospitality Glassware category serves every part of the market: fine dining, bistros and pubs, hotels, wedding venues and event companies. Wide availability in larger quantities makes it easy to fit out a new venue, or to top up the glassware in one already running.
Choosing professional KROSNO glasses means investing in a Polish maker with long experience, and in glass designed around the real demands of hospitality. Choose glass that suits your restaurant or hotel and gives guests the standard of service they expect.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND DELIVER AN ORDER?
Products with a standard lead time are generally dispatched the same or the next working day. Selected products take longer to prepare for dispatch; that lead time is shown on the product page. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
HOW IS THE GLASS SECURED DURING TRANSPORT?
As a maker with many years of experience in producing and shipping glass, safe delivery is a priority for us. Every parcel goes through several stages of protection — from product quality control, through careful picking and packing, to secure transport with trusted couriers. Products are arranged and secured inside the packaging so that they cannot move in transit. Every parcel is insured as well. If damage still occurs despite our packing standards, you have 7 days to report a claim. We send replacements as quickly as we can, at our cost.
HOW TO CARE FOR GLASS SO THAT IT RETAINS ITS SHINE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?
To keep glass clear, bright and looking its best, it is worth reading the care guidelines linked below. Before first use, wash the piece in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then dry it with a soft cloth. In everyday use, avoid sudden changes of temperature. Do not heat glass above 60°C or chill it quickly. Avoid differences greater than 35°C. Never use these products in a microwave, an oven or a freezer. If a piece is dishwasher safe, choose a glassware programme and use mild detergents and rinse aids. Load the items so that they do not touch. When the cycle ends, take the glass out and let it dry naturally. Larger pieces such as carafes, vases and cake stands are best washed by hand.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Not every product is dishwasher safe. You will always find this information on the product page or on the packaging. The symbol there shows whether a piece is suitable for automatic dishwashers. In most cases, undecorated glassware can go in the dishwasher.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw from the contract, send us an email at e-sklep@krosno.com or a letter to the Seller's address — no special form is required. Once you have notified us, return the product within 14 days, packed securely for transport. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, unless the applicable regulations state otherwise.
WHAT MAKES HANDMADE GLASS DIFFERENT FROM MACHINE PRODUCTION?
Hand-formed glass is made by experienced master glassmakers who have carried the craft forward for generations. Each piece owes much to human work — from shaping the form to giving it its final character. That is what makes hand-formed glass distinctive, finely detailed and unlike anything else. Every piece has an individual character and a value of its own, while remaining remarkably consistent. Machine production relies on advanced glass-forming technology that delivers high precision, repeatability and efficiency, using top-class machinery. At Krosno Glass we use Blow-Blow technology, which allows us to create elegant pieces of consistent quality. We also use the finest premium lead-free crystal, which gives perfect clarity and durability, and resists clouding.
